With limited time i would pick the duck. the duck is an amphibious vehicle that will give you a little ride on the lower dells portion of the river plus some nice scenery on land. the upper dells is a nice, leisurely boat tour. if you had more time i would recommend you do it too.. There is an elevator that will take you down to the boat loading area. we enjoyed the 2 hour boat tour of the upper dells more than the duck tour of the lower dells. there is more beautiful sights to see on the upper boat tour. it makes 2 stops and you get off and walk to some truly beautiful sights..
